What Does a Treatment Entail?
On the day of your appointment, your reflexologist will complete a client consultation form with you before you get comfortable on the massage bed. I will ask you to lie down on the warm, prepared massage bed, and then I will begin your desired treatment at a pressure of your choice. I use Irish-made natural organic reflexology balms and oils to offer a deeply relaxing treatment, which is suitable for pregnant women. Vegan products are available upon request. After the treatment, you can take your time to get ready to face the day again. I will bring you a glass of water and a complimentary snack as a little thank you.
