When you arrive for your appointment, your reflexologist will begin by completing a client consultation form with you. Once that’s done, you’ll be invited to relax on a warm, pre-prepared massage bed. The treatment will be tailored to your preferences, with your chosen pressure level ensuring maximum comfort. I use high-quality, Irish-made natural organic reflexology balms and oils to provide a deeply soothing experience. These products are also suitable for pregnant clients, and vegan options are available upon request. After your session, you’ll have time to relax and ease back into your day. I’ll provide you with a glass of water and a complimentary snack as a small gesture of appreciation for your visit.
